1999 NOV 29 - (NewsRx.com) -- Pulsing autologous mature dendritic cells (DC) with a novel RAGE-1 HLA-B7 peptide stimulated anticancer T-cell responses in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

E. Ranieri and colleagues from institutions in Italy and Pennsylvania, USA, sought to promote RCC specific T-cell responses against the novel tumor antigen RAGE-1 epitopes using a DC-based immunization strategy in patients with RCC.
