A STATE employee who was arrested for driving under the influenceof alcohol on Feb. 14, 1998, has had several continuances inmagistrate court and in the Division of Motor Vehicles, where sherequested an administrative hearing on her license suspension. Thearrest was the second for Sharon Sue Akers, who makes $30,444 as anadministrative secretary in the Division of Highways central filesand correspondence section. Her case was continued June 24 inKanawha County magistrate court because her attorney, Sen.
